Ratio of the area of the shape to the area of its minimum bounding rotated rectangle

Reveals a polygon’s degree of being curved inward.

\[\frac{A}{A_{MBR}}\]

where \(A\) is the area and \(A_{MBR}\) is the area of minimum bounding rotated rectangle.
